Reel McCoy Charters invites you to Dauphin Island, Alabama to spend a beautiful day fishing its rich waters. Enjoy exploring its nearshore and offshore grounds as well as the lovely reefs and hidden wrecks and have lots of fun chasing various species. Captain Joe Cain will help you land a great catch and do everything to make your stay on the water enjoyable.
You’ll start your trip on a 31’ Cape Horn center console. It can sit up to 6 guests, runs on a twin 250 HP Yamaha 4.2 engine, and uses all the modern GPS, fishfinder, radio, and radar technology that will help you have a safe and efficient trip. In case you need it, there’s an onboard toilet you can use. The boat has also got a wireless trolling motor, downriggers, and a livewell. Finally, you’ll have the help of a first mate during your trip.
You’ll have the chance to go after a number of tasty and elusive species such as Red and Vermilion Snapper, Triggerfish, Sheepshead, King and Spanish Mackerel, and more. Using both light and heavy tackle, you’ll catch them by trolling, bottom and deep sea fishing, spinning, and jigging. You’re free to keep and take home all your catch as well as to bring kids on your trip.
The captain will provide you with all the tackle, live bait, lures, and fishing licenses, as well as clean and fillet your catch for free. What you should bring on your trip is the food and drinks of your choice.
