Just finished out an amazing day on the water, fish being prepped now. The expertise of both Captain Justin and deckboss Fox was apparent throughout. I wanted an adventure for family and close friendโฆ and I did, and beyond. Thank you Durban Princess Sport Fishing! And thank you both, Justin and Fox!
Yet perhaps even more was the way we were taken care of from the first step on the boat, to the last. Never treated like customers, instead like friends whom have known each other for a long time.

Tony, Fox and myself absolutely loved having you all onboard! You guys were so much fun and had as much fun as your crew did all day long! With fish up to 28 pounds, it was the perfect day. Thank you!
The boat is comfortable, the captain and his crew know the water very well. Josh the deckhand really knows how to fish - I learnt a very effective halibut rig from him.
Great crew and equipment. Joe and Justin were always on top of watching rods and making sure baits werenโt just sitting there tangled up. Caught my limit and a couple more.
The trip was a memorable experience and I had a fantastic time! Even in extremely tough weather conditions, we still managed to pull some huge crabs and Captain Justin safely navigated us to the spot and back. I definitely recommend going for first-timers and for experienced people as the crew was positive, friendly, and obviously knew what they were doing. They really care about making it the best possible experience for you, and I canโt wait to back in the Summer!
Booked a full day trip to the Farallons for cod and made it 1/4 of the way out there but the swells were way too big so the boat let us switch it up and head back in for halibut. Got a bunch of shakers and 4 keepers, two of them over 30 inches. Lost a couple hours heading out towards the Farallons and still went home with plenty of fillets. Helpful hint: if the captain suggests you shouldnโt go out to the islands due to swells, listen to him.
