We booked a half day (6 am to 12 pm) of Striper fishing with Captain Justin.  We arrived this morning at the dock at 5:30 am and he was ready to go.  The boat was extremely clean and well organized. Captain Justin knew exactly where to go and we had our limit within 90 minutes.  My two teenage daughters had a blast catching the fish and we had an amazing day on the Chesapeake.  When we returned to the dock Captain Justin cleaned the fish and we had a nice cooler full of delicious Striper.  We actually ate it for dinner tonight following one of Captain Justin’s recipes and it was wonderful.  I would definitely recommend Biff Charters to anyone looking for a fun, relaxing day of fishing.  I know we will be booking another trip in the future.

This was my second fishing trip on the bay, and by far the most amazing experience I have had on the bay! Justin (the Captain) and the First Mate (Alex) did everything possible to put us on Rockfish “Stripper,” and after about an hour trolling just about every fishing rod out, which was about 8 if not more were bending from very large Rockfish!! The adrenaline rush was extremely intense jumping from one rod to the next while Alex (First Mate) was keeping line’s from crossing, notifying us with LOUD “FISH ON,!!” Alex was extremely professional and extremely knowledgeable about what he needed to do!!
Justin (Captain) and Alex (First Mate) made a fishing trip something I will never forget!!

Did a half day with captain Justin. Slow day of fishing, but no fault of the captain. Water was busy as heck, and didn’t seem like the fish were wanting to bite. Still had a great time on the boat. Very clean and spacious.

We had a blast on our half day fishing trip. Justin (Captain) and Marion (First mate) were so respectful to us and knowledgeable about catching rock fish.
Their boat is well kept and one of the cleanest boats I’ve ever fished on. We really enjoyed our trip and can’t wait to go again.
