Scott is awesome! I originally booked this trip that was going to be on a day with rough weather. Scott called me and recommended that we move the trip up so we wouldn’t be miserable with rough waves. He met us on his day off so we could have fun with great weather instead.
We caught a bunch of sheepshead. He found out that I love fishing, so he took the time to teach me various saltwater techniques and how to fish the coastal Alabama waters. He even gave me some jigs to use at the jetty to target Spanish mackerel. We’ll be using Scott again soon!

I ended up getting sea sick almost immediately which was a bummer for all of us. My husband did catch a small red snapper before we went back to shore. I plan on getting the watch that releases an electro magnetic pulse like Captain scott suggested and then we’ll be back to do this trip right!! We couldn’t have picked a better and more understanding captain for this trip. Very satiafied!!

Sheep head we all caught several of these
A Sting ray (Paul)

I caught the biggest, my youngest caught the most and biggest variety, and my husband caught the Ray. My oldest caught the second biggest.

We had high hopes for our day of fishing but Scott exceeded all expectations! He knew all of the hot spots and gave my family and I a day to remember. We caught a ton of sheep head and some massive Red Bull. Scott filleted the sheep head for us to take home and it made for a great dinner! He was so informative and made the whole morning one to remember and was a highlight of our trip. We highly recommend booking with Stressed Out Charters!

He has a great personality, is very knowledgeable, and is very patient.  For those with minimal saltwater fishing experience, he actually spends time teaching you how to fish.  OK, so here’s the part where I swallow my pride…  Our “lesser experienced” anglers (our wives) caught more fish than the guys thanks to Captain Scott…
